Personal data processed by GoodCrew GmbH

We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. We may process the following personal data, depending on the product or service you purchase:

Employee personal data

including candidates, temporary workers, applicants and permanent staff. At the moment you enter your data on our website or you register through one of our intermediaries, your personal data are recorded for the performance of our services or the services of your intermediary, including proper payroll administration and personnel management and to correctly comply with laws and regulations, including identification and fraud prevention. As an employee, you yourself are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data provided.

Among other things, GoodCrew GmbH processes the following data from the employee:

  • Name and address, e-mail address and other contact details
  • Date of birth, age, marital status, gender and nationality
  • BSN number, ID card and residence permit
  • Other data related to personnel, payroll and absence records

GoodCrew GmbH may disclose this personal data to its clients, subcontractors providing services or executing orders on its behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. GoodCrew GmbH will also disclose personal data if it is obliged to do so, for example by a court order or court judgment.

The provision of personal data will take place on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or for the performance of the contract in accordance with the purpose for which the data is collected. For the sake of claims, audits and tax obligations, GoodCrew GmbH is obliged to store your personal data. Personal data will be destroyed as soon as possible, but in any case after 7 years after the employment has ended.

Personal data of business associates

By this we mean the personal data of others, including clients, suppliers, vendors and other entities whose personal data we collect from the company's employees. GoodCrew GmbH processes this personal data for:

  • Marketing purposes, such as making offers for and/or providing information on services and other activities
  • Maintaining a business relationship and entering into and maintaining an assignment agreement

How long GoodCrew GmbH stores personal data

After you have purchased a product or service from GoodCrew GmbH, you will remain in our customer database for up to 2 years so that we can inform you in the event of changes to our products or services. Of course, you can unsubscribe from this. The data retention period depends on the purpose for which we have obtained or collected the data as well as on legal data retention obligations. Sharing of personal data by GoodCrew GmbH with third parties

We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing.

Google Analytics
Through our website, a cookie is placed by the US company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. This implies an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Cookies from Google Analytics are placed to gain insight into visitor behaviour and to improve the user experience based on this information.
We have set the Google Analytics cookies to be privacy-friendly. This means that we:

  • Have entered into a processing agreement with Google;
  • Google only give masked IP addresses;
  • Otherwise do not share data with Google.

Social media (Facebook & LinkedIn)

Our website includes buttons to promote ("like") or share ("tweet") web pages on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These buttons work by means of pieces of code that originate from Facebook and Twitter respectively. Cookies are placed by means of this code. We have no influence on this. The information they collect is anonymised as much as possible. The information is transferred to and stored by Facebook and LinkedIn on servers in the United States. Inspection and/or modification of data

Employees and clients have access to a large part of their registered personal data via the online portal. If you wish to inspect all personal data they process and/or change or delete data that you cannot change yourself, please contact your intermediary or contact person at GoodCrew GmbH. Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you can revoke this consent. You may also object to the processing of your personal data and have the right to data portability. The latter means that you can make a written request to transfer your personal data in a computer file.

If you are of the opinion that GoodCrew GmbH does not properly handle your rights under privacy legislation, we would appreciate it if you contact us about this. Should this not lead to a solution, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.

How GoodCrew GmbH secures personal data

GoodCrew GmbH makes every effort to optimally secure the personal data it processes against unauthorised use. We do this by means of physical, administrative and technological measures. For example, only authorised employees have access to personal data. If and insofar as personal data are disclosed to third parties, GoodCrew GmbH has agreed with them that they will also optimally secure the personal data.
