Personal data that GoodCrew GmbH processes
We process your personal data because you use our services or because you personally provide us with this data.
We may process the following personal data, depending on the product or service you purchase:
Personal data of the employee
including candidates, temporary workers, applicants and permanent staff
The moment you enter your details on our website or you register via one of our intermediaries, your personal data will be recorded for the performance of our services or the services of your intermediary, including performance of a correct payroll administration and personnel management and to correctly comply with the law and regulations, including identification and combating fraud. As an employee you are responsible for the correctness and relevance of the data provided.
GoodCrew GmbH processes the following data from the employee:
• Name and address details, e-mail address and other contact details
• Date of birth, age, marital status, gender and nationality
• citizen service number, ID card and residence permit
• Other data related to personnel, payroll and absenteeism registration
GoodCrew GmbH may pass on this personal data to its clients, subcontractors who provide services or perform assignments on its behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. GoodCrew GmbH will also pass on personal data if it is obliged to do so, for example by a court order or a judicial decision.
The provision of the personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation or to implement the agreement in accordance with the purpose for which the data is collected. Due to claims, audits and tax obligations, GoodCrew GmbH is obliged to store your personal data. The personal data will be destroyed as soon as possible, but in any case 7 years after the contract of employment has ended.

By this we mean the personal data of others, including clients, suppliers, sellers and other bodies from whom we collect personal data from company employees. GoodCrew GmbH processes these personal data for:

How long GoodCrew GmbH stores personal data
After you have purchased a product or service from GoodCrew GmbH, you will remain in our customer base for a maximum of 2 years so that we can inform you of changes to our products or services. Obviously, you can unsubscribe from this. The retention period for data depends on the purpose for which we received or collected the data and on legal obligations to store data. Employees and clients have access to a large part of their registered personal data via the online portal. For other relations, you have the right to view and edit the personal data registered for you. You can contact your contact person at GoodCrew GmbH to do this.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent. You can also object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to data portability. The latter means that you can submit a request in writing to transfer your personal data in a computer file.

How GoodCrew GmbH protects personal data
GoodCrew GmbH makes every effort to optimally protect the personal data it processes against unauthorised use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative and technological measures.
